Pay attention to bee prevention in summer (methods to prevent bees from stinging)

The stinging behavior of bees is actually a passive defense, which is an instinctive response to certain visual, olfactory, tactile and other stimuli. After we understand these behavioral characteristics of bees, we can prevent them by paying attention to the following points.

1、 Methods to prevent bee stinging

1. When hiking in the wild, avoid passing through grass paths and bushes that no one walks. These areas may be the nesting places of poisonous bees. The rocks and branches should also be carefully observed at any time Some bees live on branches. In addition, garbage dumps and flower beds are also places where Mifeng often haunts.

2. In rainy days, bees stay in their nests and do not go out. Because the nests are crowded, they can easily be irritated and sting people. Therefore, when walking in the mountains, you should be particularly careful. During the rainy season from September to November every year, when hiking, you should pay special attention to the harm of bees.

3. It is best to wear clothes and hats with smooth surface and light color when climbing, and avoid clothes and hats with dark color and rough surface made of wool. It's best for pants to go into boots.

4. If you walk on a one-way mountain road with grass as deep as your knees and a cliff on one side, the leader should be particularly careful, because the terrain is dangerous and it is a good place for poisonous bees to cause disasters. If a poisonous bee is found, the best way is to take a detour.

5. When bees are found flying by, it is best to stand still, keep calm, observe the scene environment (don't rush or detour), or let them fly by themselves. If you beat them with your hands, the poisonous bees may be driven away, but later people may become victims.

6. Near the place where there are bees, try not to apply substances with pungent smell, such as perfume, sunscreen, lipstick, hair gel, fragrance powder, etc. If you have just eaten scallions, garlic or have scallions and garlic on your body, do not approach the bees; Keep away from bees when you are tired and sweaty. These are the odors that the bees hate and are easy to cause stinging.

7. Too bright and fancy clothes may attract bees; Black or dark, especially Plush clothes and hats, are also the colors and materials that bees hate, and it is easy to cause stinging behavior of bees when approaching.

Although we can understand the feeling of embracing nature, nature may not be willing to be so close to human beings. Therefore, when we choose to be close to nature, it is better to keep a certain distance, and do not give bees the opportunity to have close contact with us.

2、 What if you are stung by a bee?

1. After being stung by bees, local skin will be painful and itchy, accompanied by allergic irritation such as redness, swelling and heat and local inflammatory reaction. If the bee's venom penetrates the skin, it must be taken out.

2. Apply ice to the sting to reduce pain and swelling. If the pain is severe, you can take some painkillers.

3. If there is a tendency to spread and there may be allergic reactions, you can take some anti allergic drugs, such as Benadryl, chlorpheniramine and other anti allergic drugs.

4. Keep close observation for about half an hour. If you find that you have difficulty breathing, the breathing sound becomes thick, and there is a wheezing sound, you should immediately send to the nearest hospital for first aid. If you are stung by bees, take some alkaline flour (edible soda is OK) and wet it and apply it to the stung place. This method is simple but effective

If you are stung by bees in the wild, if there is no alkali, you can find a Bush called "Jing" (there are many plants in the wild), smash its leaves (if you have no tools, use stones) and apply them to the stung place
